ABOUT MXCT ENTERPRISE
Building a reputation founded on craftsmanship, integrity and client-focused construction.
Our Story
GROUNDED IN EXPERIENCE,
BUILT FOR THE FUTURE
MXCT Enterprise is a construction company founded in 2025 by Managing Directors Xavier Tenia and Donavon Charles. Together they bring over 6 years of combined industry experience developed through years of hands-on construction work across Trinidad and the wider Caribbean.
This experience was refined through previous companies and ventures including Xavier Tenia's Xclusive Ltd and Enthral Interiors, established in 2019. It is through this practical background that MXCT Enterprise was established with a clear commitment to quality workmanship, integrity and client-focused construction solutions.
MXCT Enterprise focuses on both residential and commercial construction services, with an approach that balances professional project management, attention to detail and affordability. Every project is treated as an opportunity to build lasting value and lasting relationships.
